330Modern/ Projects is owned by artist Sarah MN Applebaum. Located just off the SF Bay Bridge in West Oakland at 2200 Adeline Street. On the corner of West Grand, this landmark building was constructed in the 1920s for Breuner’s Furniture and converted to artists live/work and mixed use spaces in the 1980s.

Currently by appointment with periodic open studios.

All items are available to be purchased and picked up. Freight elevator, parking lot and a pair of helping hands are always available.
