330Modern/ Projects is is an independent retailer of vintage and designer art, furniture and other unique objects. Located in a landmark building just off the San Francisco Bay Bridge at 2200 Adeline Street on the corner of West Grand in West Oakland. It was constructed in the 1920s for Breuner’s Furniture and converted to artists live/work and mixed use spaces in the 1980s.

Currently by appointment with periodic open studios.

Can I pickup my item?
Yes, all items are available to be purchased and picked up. Feel free to come check them out before purchase as well. Freight elevator, parking lot and a pair of helping hands are always available. Please contact me to make an appointment.

Can I buy furniture if I live far away?
Smaller items can be purchased and shipped through the site. If you’re interested in buying a larger item, please use the contact form to let me know which item and where you will need delivery to. I’ll respond with an estimate and more info. Items that need extra coordination are marked as such.

How does shipping work?
I primarily ship through UPS for smaller items and White Glove delivery for furniture. Small items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Furniture delivery depends on location.

Where do you source your items from?
I acquire items from many sources including art collectors, auctions and various estates. If you have a specific item that you are trying to source please feel free to contact me, I love requests.
